Statement of Procurement Purpose The State intends to secure a contract for laboratory analysis of engine fuels and heating fuels, reporting of results, and associated support to continue the Kerosene and Motor Fuels Quality Inspection Program pursuant to Public Chapter 397 of 1989, TCA § 47-18-1301.
