The ability to provide sustaining engineering and logistics support for the G/ATOR systems is dependent on access to the complex engineering and technical data used in the design and development process of the G/ATOR systems by NGSC. A significant amount of technical data and software for the G/ATOR systems remains proprietary to NGSC and its subcontractors and is not releasable to sources outside the Government.

This project is to construct a new 20,000 SF Engineering and Logistics Building (ELB) located on a 52-acre site in French Camp, CA, just south of Stockton, CA. This facility will include Logistics Management Services, Engineering, Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and a shared Administrative Area. In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii) the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
