Objective: The purpose of this instruction is to provide French and English language training to students in a small group format in order for the learners to improve their overall proficiency in their second language. Background: The Public Affairs Branch , Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), requires a Contractor to provide virtual group language training to learners in both French and English.
GSA's Office of Civil Rights (OCR) is requesting information for language services. Services required include telephonic, hotline services, in-person, and virtual interpretation and translation of documents from English to non-English languages and vice versa. Below are detailed description of requirements.

There are, on average, 100 requests per month in the core languages* and less than five per month in additional languages.Simultaneous virtual or telephonic interpretation from English to core languages*. Services should also include audio clips to be used for voiceover on video or audio products.
