NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Air Force Installation Contracting Center 767th Enterprise Sourcing Flight, Barksdale AFB, LA, intends to award, on a NON-COMPETITIVE basis a SBIR Phase III contract IAW 15 U.S.C. §638 and the Small Business Administration SBIR/STTR Policy Directive (PD) 01 October 2020.
On 21 October 2020, the Contracting Officer exercised FAR 52.217-08 Option to Extend Services on this contract, and extended the ultimate period of performance end date to 27 February 2021. If required, this modification will extend the contract for up to one year. In order to prevent a gap in service all American and host national personnel must be in place no later than 28 February 2021.
