Dover Air Force Base has a requirement for Command Post Entry Control Maintenance Services. Furnish, Install, Test (EFI&T) 24 Key Card Access Scanners on 21 doors for 3 buildings.This includes one server and/or computer to manage entry access lists per building. Provide preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) once a year (annually) for five years with troubleshooting support if necessary for the three Access Entry Control Systems. For more details refer to attached PWS.
The Contractor shall install 38 entry control readers, 38 Delay Egress Single Locks US28, 17 Zone Dual Reader Interfaces with Power Supply and Enclosures, and 1 Entry Point Desktop Contact only credential enrollment readers. The system must read the contact-less interface (ISO-14443) and alternatively read the contact interface (ISO-7816) from the VA-PIV credential where security levels are required as defined in NIST 800-116.
It will be used as security surveillance at the Entry Control Points at Hill, Air Force Base. Please see attched Solicitation and Statement of Work for more information.
