This project is a state and federally funded project utilizing Urban funding. The project will provide pedestrian improvements along a section of Military Highway and at select intersections throughout Norfolk. Work will include concrete sidewalk, drainage system modifications, curb and gutter, curb ramps, pedestrian signals, tree removal, landscaping, and other associated items.

In coordination with the vendor, HRMS will develop a training and project schedule. Upon HRMS and the vendor(s) receipt of a signed agreement, a project schedule will be developed within ten (10) business days and training will commence no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
