The County of Riverside on behalf of the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) is soliciting quotations for the printing of envelopes, as detailed in Exhibit A of this RFQ. The purpose of this bid is to establish contract pricing with a reliable and experienced company to fulfill DPSS envelope printing needs. Orders will be placed on an as needed basis; this is not a one-time order.
