/Engineering Description Scope of Services The City of Carson (City) is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced consultants interested in providing engineering services to complete the plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) needed for the implementation of Public Works Project No. 1776: Calas Park Stormwater and Water Quality Improvements Supplemental Environmental Project, hereafter known as “Calas Park Stormwater SEP”.

Work will include but not be but not limited to, inspections, condition assessments, sampling, data collection and review, hazard analysis and prioritization, development of engineering solutions, management of plans and maps, permitting, and reporting. In carrying out this Scope of Work (SOW), Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all state, local, federal, and NCTD laws, regulations, policies, and licensing requirements.
The COUNTY seeks the services of a CONTRACTOR to provide environmental maintenance services. Specific services include an initial evaluation of existing plans and maintenance of areas for Haynsworth Tract (Sawgrass Lake) Regional Stormwater Treatment Facility (MWL93).
Affairs Division anticipates issuing an RFP soliciting proposals for up to four (4) indefinite delivery, scientific services contracts for performing environmental stormwater services as required for transportation activities under state and federal statutes including Sections 402 and 303 of the Clean Water Act, 30 TAC, Chapter 213 and all related statutes and standards related to compliance with stormwater environmental rules and regulations.
