Project Description :
The purpose of Amendment 0009 is to remove the language added to Paragraph 3.3 of the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 and to paragraph 2.4 of the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 by the previous Amendment 0008. Additionally, the Government responses to relevant Question-and-Answer exchanges are being revised and incorporated into the Solicitation. The Updated Question and Answer document has been uploaded within Amendment 0009.
