Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been prepared by Washington County to secure services for Environmental Health and Safety Services.

NC State University, Environmental Health and Safety (hereafter referred to as University) seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide operation and maintenance of the Superfund, Lot 86, groundwater treatment and soil vapor extraction systems, quarterly measurement of the potentiometric surface with updated modeling, and annual groundwater sampling.
