Duty StationThe Consultant’s duty station can be arranged with a mix of remote and onsite with visits to UNDP Philippines Country Office, Rockwell Business Center Sheridan, as required. The Consultant may not be required to report daily at the Country Office. On the other hand, s/he is expected to report on a mutually agreed schedule.
The CONSULTANT agrees to report each violation to the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority and understands and agrees that the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the appropriate Environmental Protection Agency Regional Office. c.
In general: • Cultural Resources Study including Area of Potential Effects (APE) map and Historic Property Survey Report (HPSR) including an Archeological Survey Report (ASR) • Location Hydraulic Study (LHS) • Floodplain Evaluation Report or Summary Floodplain Encroachment Report Consultant must provide up to two iterations of all studies and technical memos.
The selected firm shall have the necessary qualifications and experience in urban planning and California Environmental Quality Act services negative declaration (ND), mitigated negative declaration (MND), or Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
The consultant will report directly to SCAG’s Community Engagement Specialist (Project Manager) but also have broader support from SCAG’s REAP 2021 program staff. With support from SCAG staff, the consultant will take the lead on developing work plans, timelines and producing deliverables in support of the outreach tasks and activities.
