Environmental Remediation of Mold and FungiPUR-RFB2022.07.10091Closing Date:08/17/2022 12:00:00 PM PTDetail: Solicitation Overview The City of San José is soliciting responses from qualified vendors for Environmental Remediation of Mold and Fungi. SALES TAX: Do not include sales tax in your solicitation response. The City will work with the selected vendor to establish the applicable tax for contract award.

Once excavation is complete, clean fill will be placed in the excavated areas and the lawns will be returned to as close to their original condition as possible. Excavated soils will be transported to a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subtitle D landfill. This remedy assumes that the excavated soil will not be characterized as hazardous waste.

The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, services, permits, and licenses necessary to provide environmental remediation and window replacement the North Kaibab Ranger Station buildings within the town of Fredonia, Arizona. This work consists of lead-based paint testing, potential lead-based paint remediation, asbestos remediation, existing window demolition, reframing, new window installation and painting.
