This intent of this indefinite quantity contract is to obtain services for performing environmental Programs including Operation & Maintenance of environmental remedies and long-term monitoring at various sites.  The services shall be performed in accordance with written task orders issued by the Contracting Officer during the term of this contract.  Task Orders will be fixed-price with possible indefinite quantity work.

This procurement is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside for firms with offices located in the Eastern Region of the United States. The objective of theis procurement is to obtain services for performing environmental Programs including Operation & Maintenance of environmental remedies and long=term monitoring at various sites.

Remedies shall conform to environmental permits, decision document requirements, or other legal requirements.The Contractor shall function as an integral team member to support the AFCEC mission, share information with other AFCEC Contractors, and cooperate with communities and other Government entities.Details are included in attachments to this source sought oppourtunity. 

DLA Installation Management for Energy Environmental Division (DM-FEE) is responsible for funding, supporting and overseeing execution of DLA Energy’s environmental requirements. DM-FEE implements remedies as needed to protect human health and the environment.

State and Federal regulators have directed Pine Bluff Arsenal to complete additional ecological surveys to ensure that Pine Bluff Arsenal's original remedies completed at Defense Environmental Restoration Program(DERP) restoration sites remain protective.
