WA-APCD Environmental Scan The Washington State Health Care Authority, hereafter called “HCA,” is initiating this Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) to solicit Bids from firms interested in participating on a project to identify and assess specific internal and external elements in the WA-APCD and national APCD program environments.
The environmental scan will assist HCA in taking advantage of opportunities and risks that are identified to better achieve HCA’s procurement goals and propel the WA-APCD program to greater success. HCA intends to award one contract.
1.1 PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) This is a request for proposal for a qualified offeror to complete an environmental scan of the Promoting Interoperability Incentive Program and the use of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) by our healthcare organizations and providers. South Dakota has made 888 payments to eligible providers who have successfully submitted an attestation for the different stages of the program since 2012.
