The satellite airtime provided by Skymira LLC will allow the Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC) on March ARB to continuously receive global positions from Skymira LLC GPS tracking devices with no loss of information. The anticipated contract will be for a 6 month base year and three 12 month options periods. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
