The 410th Contracting Support Brigade is seeking a hotel within 1 mile radius from the Alamo Historic and Business District, Downtown San Antonio, TX that can provide lodging, contracted meals, conference room, ballroom/event rooms with audio/visual equipment and office spaces.
It is preferred that leased space shall have access to a full service gym including lockers, shower/restroom facilities, and soap/shampoo and towel service. Gym equipment may include standard equipment such as treadmills, rowers, elliptical machines, upright bikes, barbells, free weights and strength equipment.

The space is required to be level and shall not utilize interior ramps to resolve changes in grade. The space may not be more than twice as long as it is wide. The space must be conducive to SSA’s business operation design. Space elements such as quantity and size of columns, load bearing walls, irregular shape, etc., may not impede an efficient space layout, the use of modular furniture, or office work flows.
In addition to providing personnel, Subcontractor shall provide expendable equipment and material required to perform the office buildout activities.
Admin/Maintenance area improvements to include: Upgrade existing HVAC controls. Expand building to provide additional office space. Renovate existing spaces to create proper workflow and customer service. Repair/replacement of existing fuel tank.
This includes but not limited to selective demolition within existing office spaces, removal and legal disposal of asbestos containing materials, new automatic fire suppression system, new HVAC duct system, new plumbing, new electrical distribution, room partitions.
