System Design – Gather audio/video system requirements, design system to meet requirements, present recommended designs to stakeholders. Incorporate feedback/changes, if requested. Supplier must be familiar with OU IT’s classroom standards (attached in attachment section of the event) and enterprise platforms; including but not limited to Crestron equipment and Zoom. No phone systems or handsets are included in this contract.
Keysight along with many test manufacturers, do not release their technical data allowing them to be sole providers of calibration and repair parts for their equipmentThe contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and non-personal services necessary to perform calibration and repair on equipment listed in Attachment 1 as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The contractor shall provide persistent maintenance, inspection, and servicing of Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) base wide. Per the PWS appendix A, (VTE) encompasses various elevators and lifts including freight, passenger, service, wheelchair, glide, and stair systems.
