DPS seeks to purchase hardware equipment for our Document Management System (DMS). The current hardware equipment used by multiple divisions of DPS is reaching its end of life and needs to be refreshed to ensure continued support.

SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting quotes for upgrades in an equipment room and programming for a Cisco Room Kit Pro to be integrated into the CRC 145 conference room. AV system will have the ability to matrix any video source to any display. CRC145 Refresh – Update AV hardware for hybrid meeting capabilities.

VA has outlined a multiyear course of action to continuously replace these EOL routers and associated peripherals to guarantee that the refresh is conducted while ensuring the various VA locations can connect to WAN utilizing Cisco Group Encrypted Transport Virtual Private Networking. All installation/configuration shall be performed by VA staff. No installation services are required by the Contractor for this effort.
