SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND The City of New Richmond is seeking bids for the removal of 49 City Ash street trees ranging in size from 8”- 36”DBH. The contractor shall provide the following: Labor and equipment for safe and efficient removal and disposal of 49 Ash street trees. The trees shall be cut and all brush and debris removed from site. (Note: stumping and restoration will be the responsibility of the City.)
Types of equipment using the wash facility and garage include but are not limited to dump trucks, vac-all trucks, heavy equipment such as dozers and landfill compactors, leaf machines, snow removal equipment and light duty vehicles.Selected Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary to complete the work as required.
Contractors who wish to be considered for award shall provide detailed information describing fully their company’s capabilities, equipment owned/lease and time and material costs to illustrate the ability to perform the scope of work that will be required.
578A - Forestry Equipment The following categories outlined in this contract include equipment lines, accessories, features, and options based on a percentage off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP): Feller bunchers, knuckleboom loaders, forestry swing machines, harvesters, grinders & shredders, chippers, and other.
