A Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threat (SWOT) analysis and review of best practices in the public sector is needed to help determine what gaps currently exist in program, and what NHTSA can do to improve, in consideration implementing best practices from the private sector to develop tools to help in delivering a new diversity equity inclusion program.
The community in the northwest metro is large, diverse, and growing, and the Center for Innovation and the Arts provides a unique opportunity to fill a gap for arts programming and advance equity and inclusion across the region. Role of Project Manager The Project Manager will work with the Center’s existing leadership team and will primarily report to Kim Berggren, Community Development Director and Executive Director of the Brooklyn Park EDA.
The college's goals include strategies to address equity, inclusion and belonging gaps for students and employees, while building upon identified strengths. Those strategies include conducting a comprehensive 6 climate study to more strategically guide efforts moving forward.
