The contractor shall also maintain a proper Escalator Check Chart for each escalator in the machine room for that escalator. Each Check Chart must be kept up to date at all times so as to reflect the scheduled items of maintenance. Upon completion of maintenance, the contractor must properly initial the chart to indicate the work has been accomplished.
