The Department of State (DOS), Diplomatic Security (DS) is seeking to obtain contractor support to provide inbound and outbound courier escort services in support of the Diplomatic Courier Service and the many DOS, DS Offices around the world.
In pursuit of those objectives DOS requires that courier escort services be provided by a variety of labor professionals as outlined in this description of requirements.
