The County conducts almost all real estate closings in-house. In exceptional circumstances the Company may be required to conduct a closing and record documents. The County intends to award to multiple firms and issue work assignments on a rotational basis. TERM OF CONTRACT The initial contract term shall be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewals. Prices shall remain firm for the initial term of this contract.
