This is a combined synopsis/solicitation provide all equipment, personnel, and safety equipment necessary to perform chemical analysis, properly contain, and remove an estimated 1500 gallons of 6% AFFF mixture from tank aboard CGC Pamlico; 160’ Coast Guard ship. This is for the United States Coast Guard.
It is estimated that chemical products in the following quantities will be purchased during the Contract period: 1. Hydrofluosilicic Acid (23% by weight basis) delivered to Long Beach Ground Water Treatment Plant (LBGWTP): 100 tons (Normal Delivery Load: 4,000 gallons).
