The Contractor Performance Assessment Rating System (CPARS) database will be reviewed to evaluate the projects that have a CPARS entry. CPARS are not required to be submitted with the SF330 submission. The contract number for the project must be submitted with each project in Section F so CPARS can be reviewed in the database.
All vendors must be completely registered in the System for Award Management, http://www.sam.gov prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
