The Consultant’s responsibilities will include cleanup planning, development of bid specifications, cleanup/abatement oversight, post-cleanup reporting, participation in stakeholder engagement activities, and grant management and reporting support. The Consultant’s activities are being conducted as part of implementation of the Town’s EPA Brownfield Cleanup Grant and State of Vermont’s Brownfields Revitalization Grant..
