It has the ability to simultaneously connect, display, broadcast and power multiple external digital media devices to include laptops, smartphones, and tablets. Command, control, annotate, zoom/detail and present digital evidence and direct its display to appropriate courtroom viewing sources.
This individual should possess effective skills and abilities in evidence gathering and preservation, some knowledge of the judicial system as it pertains to the preservation of evidence, the ability to identify and secure evidence, logical thinking in the linking of evidence to criminal activities, and an ability to properly re-create and display evidence gathered for presentations. Regular punctual and predictable attendance is required.
Must provide speakers for the evidence presentation. v. The evidence presentation system must be able to display evidence to all or selected monitors throughout the courtroom. These monitors are to be controlled by an operator at the clerk’s area to turn on/off individual monitors. (Must work with existing monitors, but will need to provide a new touchscreen monitor at the witness stand.) vi.
The award shall be made at the sole discretion of Johnson County to the Proposer who provides the best value and displays evidence of satisfactory qualifications and responsibility to fully execute the requirements as set forth by Johnson County.
