Estimated Delivery Date of 26 April 2024.
The project scope includes creation of Clinical Workstations, Consult Rooms, Exam Rooms, Treatment Room and Soiled Lab and has an overall program area impact of approximately 170 nsm. The work will include but not limited to selective demolition, abatement, infection control, framing, mill-work, finishes, mechanical, electrical, IMIT upgrades as per drawings and specifications.
The provision of flexible clinical workstations and touchdown spaces for use by multiple practitioners to allow for efficient room utilization and treating practices is a key component of this project.The project scope includes creation of Clinical Workstations, Consult Rooms, Exam Rooms, Treatment Room and Soiled Lab and has an overall program area impact of approximately 170 nsm.
