This will be a firm fixed price contract for multiple construction trades that will include, but not limited to: carpentry, excavation, electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete, masonry, welding, HVAC, asbestos removal, and mold remediation.
This will be a firm fixed price contract for multiple construction trades that will include, but not limited to: carpentry, excavation, electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete, masonry, welding, HVAC, asbestos removal, and mold remediation.
The projects include tasks in a variety of trades, such as carpentry, roofing, excavation, electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, asbestos abatement, demolition, environmental clean-up, concrete masonry, and welding (this is not an all-inclusive list) which are typically acquired using the SABER contracts.
The scope of work may include a variety of tasks such as, but not limited to, carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior, electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, facility construction, facility demolition, concrete, masonry, welding, and other related miscellaneous work.
Task orders will provide a vehicle for execution of a broad range of projects, such as carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior/exterior electrical, steam fitting, HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, fencing, demolition, fire protection, concrete, masonry, and other projects.
The jobs will include tasks in a variety of trades, but not limited to: carpentry, excavation, electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete, masonry, welding, HVAC, asbestos removal, etc.The anticipated aggregate not-to-exceed amount for all contracts issued under the Multiple-Award IDIQ contract is $10 million or five years (five year ordering period), whichever comes first.
