Military Academy, Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), West Point, NY intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for Heat Exchange and Components.
Solicitation for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized repair and return or exchange selected fuel system components of the Electric Power Plant (EPP) III Generator System.
ASD has a requirement for the hydraulic component Repair and Overhaul services (i.e. the “Work”) by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM authorized repair facility for the following engine series: Bell: 429, 412, 407, 206, 212 Services must cater to components installed on the aforementioned, including: a) Repair; b) Overhaul; c) Modification; d) Advanced Exchange; e) Testing; and f) Recertification.
The primary Information Systems (IS) supporting these LOBs are the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system, LogiCole application and the Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS). Over the last twenty (20) years, these systems have inherited as-built data from a number of Army, Navy and Air Force logistics and property legacy applications.
