The Program Directorate, Light Tactical Vehicles (PD LTV), is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among qualified small and large business contractors in participating in the property sales or exchanges for non-excess Government property. This purpose of this exchange is to establish a pool of contractors who are available to conduct property sales or exchanges for non-excess Government property.
