The technical evaluation factors for are expected to be Recent, Relevant Experience, Pre Award Submittal for Predator Proof Fence and Feral Cat Eradication, and Past Performance. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or around 07/23/2021, with a proposal due date approximately 30 days after. Award is expected to be made around 09/01/2021. The performance period for this contract is expected to be two years from Notice to Proceed.

The awarded Vendor will also work directly with Animal Services staff to resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner. Animals adopted from the Animal Shelter and all feral cats being returned to their original location are sent to a veterinarian for sterilization and rabies vaccination before being released to the new owner. Feral cats also receive an ear tip.
