Opportunity Summary The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Forestry, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the furnishing of all equipment and labor to perform aerial Exclusive Use Fixed Wing Aircraft Services. The services shall begin on or around July 5, 2020, weather depending, and continuing for 75 days.
NOTES: Scope of work: Rental of one fixed wing aircraft fully contractor operated and equipped, as per the attached specifications with Seven (7) day coverage. The 68-day Exclusive Use Period for this contract is March 25 thru May 31. The State guarantees one contract for a minimum of 30 days of use during the Exclusive Use Period. No flight hours are guaranteed.
