Description: Description:Provide Material, Labor and Equipment for demolition of two (2) existing park restrooms and preparing new foundations and stubbing utilities for future new restroom facilities in George and Ryder Parks.

The project will involve reconstructing various trail sites in various parks throughout the City. The anticipated contract term is for 2024, with an optional extension for 2025. Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves the reconstructing of existing park trails that are at the end of their lifecycle.

The scope of work includes the removals of existing park infrastructure inclusive of a ball diamond, a concrete splashpad, a playground, asphalt and concrete paving. The scope of work also includes the construction of a new playground, splashpad, leash-free area (fencing), asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete curbs, site furnishings, signage, fine grading, bioswales, haulage, sodding, deciduous and coniferous tree planting, and lighting.
