Project Description :

Bids will be received until 2 p.m. on March 28, 2024.This bid provides for pressure washing, scraping areas that are needed and painting the building, this includes exterior rail, trim, flower boxes and doors. Paint to be used is Sherwin-Williams Exterior Duration Satin paint with the trim done in Sherwin-Williams Duration gloss. Color will be selected upon award. This will be a lump sum bid. You must do a site visit and inspection on your own.
