The intent is to repair spalling concrete at the top of the structure¿s parapet walls, to prepare and paint all exterior surfaces of the East and West Roundhouse Comfort Stations, including wall surfaces, handrails, steps, doors/ door framing, window framing and all paintable exterior surfaces. The day-to-day operations within both of these structures will continue during construction.
