Summary: Project consists of removal and reinstallation of main roof coping to perform replacement of existing through wall flashing; EPDM membrane roofing maintenance and repair; brick masonry facade maintenance and repair; stucco maintenance and repair; removal and reinstallation of fiber cement wall panel to perform installation of new drip edge flashing at base of wall; and other miscellanous maintenance and repair as delineated in the Contract

CENTENNIAL CULTURAL CENTER: ROOFING AND FACADE PROJECT Project Information: This project shall consist of work done at the Centennial Cultural Center located at 1931 Arlin Rhine Memorial Dr, Oroville CA 95965; work is to be completed in a manner that is efficient and timely in order to reduce the time that access to the facility will be reduced.

This work involves targeted repairs to the damaged and deteriorated masonry. The installation of a new modified bitumen roofing system on Wing C, the replacement of lightning protection system on Wing C, and the partial parapet reconstruction, and structural stabilization of the failing limestone cornice band at various locations.
