The design shall be loosely based on the Concept Design by the Henry County Facilities Maintenance department. Actual plans and specifications can be modified as necessary due to existing site conditions. The building will be comprised of approximately 1,050+/- square feet; Parcel #069-01008011. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment and services necessary in the performance of this RFP.
