Description: Proposed Improvement:  The City of Aurora is requesting Professional Service Qualifications to provide Construction Management/Constructor (hereinafter referred to as “CMc”) services for the construction of a 2-story, approximately 195,000 square foot combined maintenance facility for the Public Works Department.  Schematic Design of the building is complete and is provided with this RFQ for consideration.
