9280 - Fire Station 10 Lighting Retrofit Fire Station 10 is located at 1517 Troy Drive in Madison, WI. This bid shall include the complete installation of all building components; the accepted testing, and commissioning of all systems; and the completion, and turn-in of all deliverables as outlined in the plans and specifications.
The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: Remove the existing networked low voltage lighting control system including the lighting control panels, associated low voltage wiring, distributed control modules and wall mounted control devices and install a stand-alone room controller with switches or 0-10v dimmers per room.
The work consists of construction services including all equipment, materials, and labor to execute facility repairs for the interiors of multiple buildings, exterior lighting and electrical distribution systems damaged during Hurricane María in September 2017.
