The National Guard - USP&FO - NY has a requirement for scheduling and firedesk services using Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS) program. The anticipated period of performance is 02JUNE2017-01JUNE2018, contract term is anticipated to be a base period of one year and four one-year option periods, for a total contract performance period not to exceed five years (60 months).

The contractor will be required to have a working knowledge of Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS) is a USMC mandated program, and all range facilities are required to use this system.  RFMSS automates the training facility management functions.

The contractor shall comply with UFGS 01 31 23.13 20 Electronic Construction and Facility Support Contract Management System for the administration of this contract. The work is located at Building 1717-Fuels farm compound, NAS Corpus Christi, Texas.

This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business; small business size standard for this solicitation is $37M. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1)-year base period with four (4) renewal one-year options (if exercised) fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract.
