This amendment covers the addition of the Swanson River Oil Pipeline, which is currently contained in the Hilcorp Alaska, LLC Cook Inlet Production Facilities Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan.

The amendment application is submitted to address the addition of the PTU facilities and the removal of the Greater Prudhoe Bay (GPB) facilities to the Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan. MPU consists of a central facilities pad with operations and processing facilities, oil piping, oil storage tanks, and gravel pads with production wells.
