PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTThe Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a Land Lease at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 3, Lot 6, containing approximately 160,000 square feet.  The file number is ADA-90850, and the applicant is Alaska Air Fuel, Inc.  The term of the lease is fifty five (55) years commencing August 1, 2017 through July 31, 2072.
