This project will include replace the existing HVAC and HVAC controls systems in building 316 and run a new floor drain from the NDI Area out to the main adjacent to Falcon Avenue.  All existing HVAC equipment will be demolished other than the new chiller and chilled water pumps and associated piping.  All HVAC controls will be demolished and replaced with the project.  Electrical components to the systems shall be replaced as well.
