This is a non-personal services contract to provide annual maintenance, testing and to provide repairs as needed on the HVAC System at Albeni Falls Dam. Albeni Falls Dam primary powerhouse HVAC system is comprised of a 30HX liquid chiller unit with shell and tube condenser and 2 Carlyle screw type compressors, compressors A and B run circuits A and B, respectively.
