The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is soliciting for the Family of Weapon Sights - Individual (FWS-I) which will be a follow-on contract to previous FWS-I procurement. The intended procurement will be for the production of the Family of Weapon Sights - Individual (FWS-I), associated spare and repair parts, maintenance, and system technical support.
FAMILY OF WEAPON SIGHTS CREW SERVED (FWS-CS) MK19 BRACKET. This Statement of Work (SOW) establishes the manufacturing and acceptance requirements and specifies the tasks the Contractor shall perform while producing the FWS-CSMK19 Bracket. The FWS-CS weapon sight will be used as an aiming device on the MK19 Automatic Grenade Launcher (AGL).

The current Family of Weapon Sights – Individual (FWS-I) (2) individual thermal weapon sight and Small Tactical Optical Rifle Mounted (STORM) (3,4,5) micro-laser rangefinder Program of Record hardware mounts onto today’s Pic rail. Each system has its own battery power source and Soldier interface.
The information received will support completion of the Government’s acquisition strategy for the Family of Weapon Sights-Sniper (FWS-S) Program.PdM SMPT rapidly delivers integrated sensors that enable the Soldier system to detect and engage against all threats.
