The requirement is to obtain a dedicated Internet channel at minimum 133,120 Kbps (130Mbps) providing fault tolerance in the last mile, utilizing a /27 subnet. HSRP protocol will be required. The Internet Service Provider (ISP) contracting firm will provide internet services and dedicated leased line channels and circuitry for connecting to the U.S.
