The Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management on behalf of Bureau of Information Resource Management, Enterprise Server Operations Center (IRM/SIO/ESOC)  issues this special notice of its intent of a sole source purchase order with Compuware Corporation for FDR Compuware Software Service Renewal. 

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Compuware Corporation, 1 Campus Martius, Detroit, MI 28226-5000 for the following software products: FDR Instant Backup maintenance, FDR/FASTCPK maintenance, ABR maintenance, and FDRPAS maintenance.  Compuware Corporation is the only provider of these items, and no other product or service will meet the Government’s needs.
