The services to be performed are: (1) Labor Support Services at Federal Triangle Complex and (2) Warehouse Operations at the EPA warehouse located in Hyattsville, MD. The successful contractor of any resultant contract will be expected to provide all necessary labor, materials, and services in support of the efforts delineated by the attached ¿DRAFT¿ Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Nature and/or description of the action being approved.The Office of Administrator requires furniture modifications to the existing suites within the EPA’s Federal Triangle Complex, William Jefferson Clinton North (WJCN), which is already built-out with Haworth furniture. The entire suite is not impacted by the furniture modifications; therefore, consistency in using the same type of furniture currently located within the suite is critical.
It has tunnels to the Commerce building and the Federal Triangle Metro station.
