This opportunity is directed as Other Than Full and Open Competition, per 10 U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(1), and available only to Leidos Innovations Corporation (LIC), CAGE Code 7LQ18, under solicitation W31P4Q-23-R-0061. The Army Contracting Command, PATRIOT/PAC-3 Division, plans to award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee/Firm Fixed Price Contract for the Integrated Fires Mission Command – Ground Support Equipment (IFMC-GSE).
